Alfie began his career at an IFA firm before progressing into high-value, complex mortgage lending in West London. In 2020, he founded Greywood Financial with the goal of creating a more personal, professional and client-led advisory experience.

Today he specialises in high loan to value lending, non-standard income structures, and strategic borrowing for portfolio landlords. His experience extends into multi-unit blocks, property investment finance and commercial mortgage solutions.
